avitek sample portal for webcenter portal 12c

Hello all,

Am new to webcenter and we are starting with 12c webcenter oracle guide.eventhough its good i need some sample webcener portal application ppt pdf or application workspace to run and get an insight into the application.Found by browsing that oracle itself providing some sample such as avitek for previous releases.But cant able to find for 12c

If some one have avitek sample for 12c or some sample application workspace or ppt or pdf please share .It will help us to get some insight thanks in advance
