Availability of Web Application Context failed

Gurus,

I am getting the following as Error in the Validation report after applying the patch for Provider service (11.1.2.3.505)

I am not sure what went wrong. When trying to access the URL in the browser I get "Error 404 - Not Found" error.

This is the registry screenshot for AnalyticProviderServices0 Web Application and the validationContext shows the same URL

Should I reconfigure Provider Services --> Deploy to Application server, to get rid of this error message?

Any help will be highly appreciated.
