Automatically Start / Stop the Database and Listener

Hi Guys,

I am both new to Linux environment and Oracle database, but I now have some basic experience on them cuase I have managed to install them and work with them, recently I wanted my Oracle database to be started and stoppped automatically when the system boots up and when it shutdown respectively.

Now, I checked some thread which I tried to follow but I am not getting anything, I need a step-by-step on how to get the whole Oracle database running automaitcally, Please help, show me how do I test that as well.
