Automatically configure Java Proxy Settings.

Hello all,
Does anyone know of a way to automatically configure the Proxy settings for Java? We use a PAC file to configure the proxy settings for all of our Windows clients. We have run into a few problems where Java does not observe these settings. Manually specifying the proxy settings within the Java Web Start console works around the problem but I can't seem to find a way to automatically set these options for all of our clients. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
