Automatic Sync column in Classic Report

Hi ALL,
I have crated the dynamic sql to retrun they query for my classic report in APEX 20.1 , when i deleted/added the new column in Db , the report is not refreshing i have to do manual sync column in report. How to do this as a process, i found the below package for IR wwv_flow_worksheet_standard.synch_report_columns
How to do we do it for classic report?
