Automatic Restart of Oracle Database in Linux Red Hat

Hello,

i am a junior DBA , and was requested to configure an automatic restart of the database (Oracle) in Linux Red Hat whenever OS patching & reboot of the server is taking place.

any recommendations please ?? we are using Oracle 12cR1
