Automatic Memory Management and SPIN_COUNT parameter

Dear All,

If Oracle 11g Database is set to Autmatc Memory Management do we still need to set "spin_count" parameter to some value or it would be managed by AMM? What would be the impact if we declare this parameter init.ora file where DB is set to AMM?
