I am running Oracle 19.3 on OL7. I found the following scenario and was curious if this is daylight saving related.
Whenever I try to get awr report and see the most recent available snapshot it is exactly 1 hour behind to my current sysdate. For example: When my sysdate is 12:xx PM the most recent snapshot is 11:00 AM and so now.
Can anyone tell me how & which setting does AWR use to get the timestamp for it's snapshots. I know DB time will be same time & TZ as that of the server during DBCA.
Note: I am aware we can create a snapshot on demand using: DBMS_WORKLOAD_REPOSITORY.
