Automated Prompt reset

I have multiple "page" prompts in a dashboard page....I filter the reports based on what is selected. After navigating to other pages, when i return to the original page the filters are still set to earlier selection... and the reports are filtered.

I want the prompt to be reset automatically each time i navigate to other pages from here.

Possible??

i have tried both dashboard as well as page prompts. Manual resetting using reset javascript works...but i want it automated coz i dont want user to click reset each time.....UX issue ..u know..:).
