Automated Apex backup and restore

Hi all,

my current backup strategy for Oracle Apex backups is using my databases backups. I use Rman to backup my databases.

In the event where I need to restore a single apex application. My current restore process is to do a complete restore of my database somewhere and get apex data there.

I have severals Oracle databases with each several Apex applications and workspaces. Oracle databases size range from 200G to 13TB.
In the event where a developer accidentally deletes an Apex application, I need to be able to restore the application quickly.
I need an easy way to automatically backup all those apex information daily and an easy restore process.

Anyone has info on the subject or links to share for me to read?
