Automate Microsoft Access to Oracle migration

We have successfully migrated a MS Access database to Oracle using the migration tool in SQL*Developer. However, we have an ongoing requirement to perform this function with a number of Access databases on a weekly basis. We would like to automate the process. Does anyone have experience or ideas on how to do this?
