Automate FDMEE custom scripts

Hi,

We have automated dataload rules for data load. Now, we have custom scripts to be automated. I see logic to automate dataload rules in pdf but not custom scripts. Can anyone suggest how can we automate custom scripts using third party tool. We are not using FDMEE batch automation to load data.
