Autologout with ssh in Solaris10

Good mornin gents,

I was trying to find out a way to implement an autologout(15 minutes) with ssh in Solaris10.
I have tried to set as recommended in /etc/ssh/sshd_config the following parameters
- ClientAliveInterval
- ClientAliveCountMax
as described in tha man pages in vain.
I have been told also about TMOUT shell variable in ksh to set in the profile, but in vain also.

Can some one help please.
