Auto Startup for Forms and Reports 12c?

Does anyone have an example of a Unix startup script for Forms and Reports 12c (12.1.2.3)?

I need the script to start Node Manager, Admin server, Forms server, Reports server and all stand alone reports servers. Would like to auto start everything on reboot of the SPARC Solaris server.
