AUTO SGA: Could not access 5, shared pool advisor. Disabling SGA auto-tunin

Hi,

When we shout down and restart our production database we get the following msg in the alert log:

AUTO SGA: Could not access 5, shared pool advisor.
AUTO SGA: Disabling background sga auto-tuning.

Can anyone provide input to this issue.
