Auto Service Request (ASR) heartbeat failure

Hi All,

I've receive a lot message from oracle recently due to heartbeat failure.

The server was SunFire X4470 M2, i had go tru the review doc but can't find an answer on it.

the server don't have asr diag install and cronjob also not run for ASR manager.

There is no network issue since i can ping to transport oracle transport.oracle.com/141.146.156.46.

I can't use CAM due to security issue

Here are the alert receive from oracle

ALERT: Oracle Auto Service Request (ASR) has detected a heartbeat failure for these assets.

Hostname: xxxxxx, Serial#: XXXXXXXXXX

Hostname: xxxxxx, Serial#: XXXXXXXXXX

IMPACT: ASR would not be able to create a Service Request (SR) if a fault were to occur.

ACTION: Determine why the heartbeat has failed for these assets and resolve the issue.
