Auto-refresh a page based on a timer possible?

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to auto-refresh data on a page based on a timer.

More precisely, we want to display on a TV (bulletin board) a page containing data coming from an Oracle table (with a fixed number of rows). And we would like to refresh automatically data (requery) each 15 minutes for example.

Any idea?
