Auto refresh a form and get real-time data in oracle

I had a form for open work that the users refer to when assigning open pieces of work to spare workers.
I need to put this screen on a dash board and have it refresh regularly every certain amount of time.
The form is already built using Oracle forms 10g.
Is there a trigger or any function or procedure I can use for this purpose?
