On CCB 2.9.0.1.1, while testing Autopay enrollment on Start/Stop/Transfer service using Moving Service in CCB, Process Flow throw error "Multiple Autopay Source found for Type and Routing Number". This is preventing the Autopay enrollment. Since, Customer has multiple records for same Routing Number in their 2.6 and 2.9 environment as CCB does allow to have multiple records. But now Process Flow does not align to existing CCB functionality. We raised Product SR for this issue and a Patch 38237261 was released to fix this by showing the list of Auto Pay Source description related to entered Auto Pay Source Code (Routing Number).
In the provided solution, Auto Pay Source list is being displayed based on Routing Number when there are multiple records. This list displayed the Auto Pay Source Description only. Since the description is same its difficult to select to correct Auto Pay Source.
Along with Auto Pay Source Description Auto Pay Source code would help CSR to select the correct Auto Pay Source since the description is same for multiple Auto Pay records with same Routing Number (External Source Id).
Hence, creating this enhancement request for Product team to review this and include Auto Pay Source code along with Description as well. Please let us know your thoughts/input on this. Thanks
