My company has been in Fusion for about a year and have been really looking at automating the security processes. Right now, all accounts and roles are provisioned manually. I created an SR asking about auto-deprovisioning and what settings need to be configured to make that happen. I was informed that there is no tie between the HCM record and security unless the roles are autoprovisioned.
During a monthly audit, I found that the security and roles were deprovisioned without manual intervention. The audit report shows that this process was run and removed the roles :

Can anyone point me in the right direction to achieve auto-deprovisioning at the point of the HCM record termination, or at least help to explain how the process above was executed and worked?
