Authorization issue - "invalid_client"

Hello Support team.

I have created a patient account (millennium) in the Cerner Code Console.

Could you please review the steps I followed to ensure that I haven't missed anything while attempting to get the "grant_type:authorization_code".

In order to authenticate, I followed the steps:

Step 1: Call Authorize URL

Step 2: Login sandbox patient account

Step 3: After logging in, Redirected to our callback URL with code:

Step 4: API call for the get access token using "grant_type:authorization_code".

Step 5: After opening the error_uri link, I receive an "Unknown Application" error.

We have already set up the DNS TXT record on our server as per the documentation provided (https://fhir.cerner.com/authorization/application-registration-prerequisites/).

My application status is showing as "Suspended." How can I activate my application? For more details, please refer to the screenshot below:
