Authentication Problem

Hi,

I have a JCOP 20 card by philips (p8we5017) and a reader by gemplus (GemPC Twin) on WinXP.I have a problem on card authentication. I'm receiving 6985 error. I have a received a key(KMC) from the supplier but it doesn't work.

I am using eclipse + JCOP plug-in.
