Audio on an ASUS A7N8X board with Realtek ALC650

Like the title says, I have a ASUS A7N8X board with Realtek ALC650 sound.
I got the network running by installing a new NIC because I read the onboard LAN was not supported.

Do I have to add a new sound card also? Can someone point me in the right direction to get the audio working without a new board?
