auding SYSDBA's failed logon attempts.

AmitE.Nov 21 2012 — edited Nov 21 2012
Hi All,

We have enabled SYS user's audits by setting audit_sys_operations to true. Now we are able to see all activities carried out by SYSDBA user in AUD file. Now we also want see any failed logon attempts by SYSDBA, but we neither get it in the form of audit files nor in DBA_AUDIT_TRAIL table (our AUDIT_TRAIL parameter is set to DB).

The DB version in our env is 11.2.0.3 on RHEL 5

Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks

Regards,
Amit
