AttributeLoadException

Hi Everyone,

i have created tables for states and countries in Oracle Database and i have created a EO's and VO's for states and countries and when i test that VO's in APPLICATION MODULE i am getting

"(oracle.jbo.AttributeLoadException) JBO-27022: Failed to load value at index 1 with java object of type java.lang.Integer due to java.sql.SQLException." error.so,

can anyone help out this?

My jdeveloper version is 11.1.1.6.0
