Attachment in Apex

Hello Guys,

I am new in Application Express and I have some problem with attaching a file. I went through several tutorial and still I have problem to attach a file. I have blob column and three essential column: FILE_NAME, MIME_TYPE, BLOB_LAST_UPDATE_DATE. but I can not see the attached file. I can browse and select a file but after insert when I go to Edit, I don,t see any link regarding download to show my attached file. Could you please help me on that. Thanks,
