Attaching an Detach & Off-line database

In SQL server, you can re-attach an database file.
i.e. attach the database file that was not register as part of the instance.

I wonder if there is any similar features in Oracle DB??

Urgently need help on this, as an Oracle server was down beyond recovery due to HDD failure, and I need to get the Oracle server back online ASAP~...!
