Attached Library not found

Hi,

I'm using Oracle Forms 12c. I attached a library to a form. The PLL is in my User Profile (Windows 11), (C:\Users\Marc.Lafontaine\source\repos\MAT_DTN_NMDS2025\NMDS0xxO and NMDS0xxP (Common Librairies)\NMDS900P (Emergency Text Library))

I then COMPILE and SAVE my form.

When I re-open my form, it complains that it CAN NOT find the library (NMDS900P). Why is that? It CAN find all other attached libraries…
