In my Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) account, I have always free Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) database.
I am facing strange issue. Firstly, when I logged in I found my DB was stopped. I start the ATP and after few minutes it stopped automatically.
Again, I start it and again it stopped automatically. The DB version is 19c
Have you faced this kind of problem, it will be great help for me if you tell me what the issue and how to resolve it.
