ATI Radeon� XPRESS 200 chipset : error: 64 pci bit len

I too am unable to install, but in my case its a 32-bit chip on an HP 5150dx with a 32 bit AMD Sempron� . I asume the :
error: 64 pci bit len unsupported
Error I receive is due to the chipset and not the AMD chip itself.

Are there any known workarounds?
