Associating Encounter and Appointment through R4 API

Looking for options to associate the Appointments to the Encounter. R4 Encounter API Get operation ( https://docs.oracle.com/en/industries/health/millennium-platform-apis/mfrap/op-encounter-id-get.html)) retrieves all associated Appointments,

But there are NO options in POST or PATCH operations to associate the Appointment to the Encounter.

Is there anyway to associate the Appointments to the Encounter?
