my organisation is remediating the current PeopleSoft configuration. Current state is based on assignment and does not have position management configured. Future remediated state is incorporating position management which will affect downstream workflows such as recruitment, hiring, job changes etc.
I am in the process of redesigning job changes based off position management. As such, I would like an understanding of how i should differentiate between Add / change/ end Assignment AND Employment Changes such as Transfer, Promotion, Comp Change.
