Assigning Role to adf TF programatically on click of a button .

Hi All,
I have an ADF TF which contains some secured data .
I know that user having username test1 and passwd test2 has the access .
I run my page having this TF and on click of a button i want to call a method
which will assign login and passwd to access this TF .
Is is possible if yes can anybody provide me some method to implement
this scenirio .
I have certain limitation so why i can't implement adf security.
