Assign Static ID to Page Item

Good Morning Community,

I am Using APEX 5.1.0.00.45 with Google Chrome and Oracle 12c Database

I am looking to Assign a Page Item a Static ID so that I can reference the Static ID in JavaScript Code to insure No Other Characters other than Numeric Values Can be entered Into the Page Item Field.

Page Item: P6_SUBTOTAL

JS Code to Prevent Any Other Characters in Field; In the Screen Shot I have Assigned a Static ID to the Column "ItemQty"
