Assertion failure false Error Codes OQ78YWIW

Hello everyone,

In using oracle BI Answers 10g, I recently got an error on the dashboard using a specific report. It was a view display error, sepcifically an Assertion failure: False Error Codes OQ78YWIW
Does anyone know the cause of this type of error or where can i get more information on Assertation Errors? I researched but couldnt find anyting specific to this error, other assertion failures i researched pointed to a specific line etc.
