Asp.net ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified

hi all

when i am trying to connect to oracle database from asp.net the following error is occuring

ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified

when i am connecting from oracle client enterprise manager it is connects smoothly....

so please help me to solve this problem
