ASP.NET 4.7.2 to Oracle 9i Database connectivity

We are migrating the existing application which developed in ASP.NET 1.1 connect to Oracle 9i database using MSDAORA provider to ASP.NET 4.7.2 to Oracle 9i. Please suggest us with the provider name compatible for .NET 4.7.2 to connect Oracle9i Database. Appreciate your help on this. Thanks.

Existing Application: ASP.NET 1.1 connects to Oracle 9i database using MSDAORA provider.

New one : ASP.NET 4.7.2 to Oracle 9i.(Need suggestion on the provider)
