I have a 2 Node RAC Cluster running with no issues. Here is the ./crsctl status resource -t feedback.
This was executed as root.

As you can see there are no issues at all.
When I attempt to execute ./netca from $GRID_HOME/bin as root this error comes up and it will not launch ASMCA.
Here is my environment sourced for Grid Services.
ORACLE_SID=+ASM1; export ORACLE_SID
ORACLE_HOME=/u01/app/11.2.0/grid; export ORACLE_HOME
Here is the Full error:
ASMCA detected pre 11gr2 ASM, but it does have a local instance configured on this node. if you want to upgrade ASM to 11gr2,
you need to run ASMCA on a node where pre 11gr2 ASM instance is configured.
