ASM remove disks

Hello Team,

suppose in a disk group we have 2 disks 1 512G and 1 256G. I have created an ACFS filesystem from this disk group. Files are present in this filesystem.

If I remove the 256 disk from this diskgroup, will data be lost? will there be automatic rebalancing ?
