ASM or FS

I'm configuring two oracle 11gr2 nodes on a HA scenario with Data Guard enabled configurations and Grid Control, but i'm having some doubts.

- Where should I install Grid Control? In one of the nodes or on another machine?
- What is the prefered storage option FS or ASM?
- When installing Grid Control what option should I select:
Install and Configure Grid Infrastructure for a Cluster
Install and Configure Grid Infrastructure for a Standalone Server
Install Grid Infrastructure Software Only
