ASM instance ORA-01034: ORACLE not a vailable

Hi all,

i have some problems.

I am configured RAC on Linux 11g (x86_64) and GoldenGate 11, but i was restart extract then getting this error.

ERROR OGG-00868 Establishing ASM session for login user sys: (1034) ORA-01034: ORACLE not a

vailable

ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist

Linux-x86_64 Error: 2: No such file or directory.

. So i checking for ASM instance via sqlplus manual login to ASM instance.

[oracle@node1 middleware]$ sqlplus sys/iampassword@ASM1 as sysdba
SQL*Plus: Release 11.2.0.1.0 Production on Wed Mar 26 09:41:51 2014

ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
