Hi everybody,
I know that issue about ASM instance it isn't new, and as you can see, in the part of the log that follows it's seem very clear that the problem could be about authentication and or username/password that it's wrong. What I would like to ask, if there is any chance to have some specific steps to do in order to troubleshoot or at least have a little more understanding of the problem that could lead me to try to fix it. I already opened a TAR more than week ago, but until now I didn't receive any feedback.Even if the error messages are in italian but you can refer to the ORA- error/messages and the OS is Windows 2008 with two servers in a RAC configuration and everything has worked well until one week ago and for what I know, without any changes at all.
