ASM ICS Service request handler failed while applying policy:Error while FBDI callback trigger.

Hi All we are facing an error in FBDI Callback Integration(triggers on creation of invoice in Oracle Cloud) at the trigger as

"ASM ICS Service request handler failed while applying policy: ics/wss_saml_bearer_or_username_token_or_jwt_token_service_policy"

"errorMessage": "Error while processing authentication at Trigger. Failed due to - 401 : Unauthorized",

What we observed is inside the callback trigger , ESS JOb details are not visible. Whereas in all other gen3 Integration using the same connection as trigger , can able to see the ESS Job details.

Note:

This connection is working fine for 90+ integrations.

Question:

What is the solution to the mentioned error and also the reason for not able to see the job details?
