ASM Disk Group email alert setup

Hi,

I have 11g running on a linux platform and wish to get an email alert whenever any of my ASM disk groups hits a certain threshold. I can set up the threshold limits ok which when hit get written to the alert.log, and I have my mail server setup and is working, but how do I get EM to send me an email alert whenever my ASM disk group hits a certain threshold?
