ASinstance failed during OBIEE 11g configuration

Hi everyone,

I m trying to install OBIEE 11g on windows xp having 3gb ram
Installation was succesfully done but during the configuration process when it comes to 'Creating ASinstance' after sometime it shows failure.
and stops the configuration process and also shows the log file in which it shows te message "export is not recognized as a internal or external command, operable program or batch file"

I also find on OTN that this issue is bcz of PERMGEM spacebut i didn't find the exact solution of this problem
