ashrpt - ORA-20200: NO ASH samples exist for DATABASE/Instance

Hello guyes,

please could help me with generation of ASH report? I stack on:
"ORA-20200: NO ASH samples exist for DATABASE/Instance"

I tried to find how to make sample, but only things I found is for statspack or awr.
