'AS LANGAUGE' clause for CLR StoredProcedures

I would like to setup a plsql package as a wrapper for CLR StoredProcs. The VS/ODT wizard does only generate wrapped (why?) standalone function wrappers.

I can't find any documentation about how to create a wrapper manually - I think I'm looking for the syntax of the 'AS LANGUAGE ???' clause.
