Artice 059 (How-to filter ADF bound tables by date range) in JDeveloper 12c (12.1.3)

Hi.

I try to implement a solution from artice 059 (How-to filter ADF bound tables by date range) in JDeveloper 12c (12.1.3) but hothing happen when i start this sample.

Could someone advise me what to do to make this example to work correctly on JDeveloper 12c?
