ARITHMETIC operations between English Vs Arabic

Hello there ,

I have a table, there is one ARABIC column (let us name it A1) contains Arabic numbers, another table / same table contains another column (let us name it as E1) which contains English numbers.

My questions are,

  1. Can we perform Arithmetic options on these operands A1, and E1 ?
  2. If so, result shall be in which language  ? 
  3. Or please give some references/advises on this scenario.
