Arial Unicode MS Fonts not working in Report (PDF)?

any body can help me plz. Forms 11g

Uifont.ali
[PDF:Subset]
"Arial Unicode MS" = "ARIALUNI.TTF"

this option is not work in pdf file what can i do???

In PDF File (garbage data show)
Acrobat 9-->File--> Properties ---> Font --> Actual Font= ArialMT

In Spread Sheet work fine (ok)
In Htmlcss (ok)
